Stratford-upon-Avon 2015

 

Photos from the Shakespeare summer school held in July 2015 in the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon. Sessions were held at the Shakespeare Centre, home of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust (http://www.shakespeare.org.uk/home.html), and included lectures by Prof Russell Jackson, Mr Ian Dickinson, Mr Carlo Lorini, Dr Natalie Roulon, Dr Kinga Földváry, Dr Peter Smith, Dr Melissa Croteau,  Dr Márta Minier, Assoc Prof Maddalena Pennachhia and Dr Victoria Bladen. There were also playreadings from Henry IV Part 1, attendance at a performance of The Merchant of Venice at the RSC, and excursions to Shakespeare's Birthplace, Anne Hathaway's Cottage & Gardens, Hall's Croft, Mary Arden's Farm, Harvard House, and Shakespeare's Grave.
